ABOUT CONFLICT MEDIATION SERVICES | Dallas native, Jane Grinnan MacNaughton earned her B.A. in Psychology from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
She developed in depth problem-solving skills during her twenty-year career in the corporate world working with managers, vice-presidents and front line staff leading teams through successful work place changes involving job duties and technological advancements.
Jane has extensive experience listening to problems, brainstorming solutions and mapping out plans for resolution. She brings her Psychology background and current knowledge gained in completing Advanced Studies in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University to the Mediation table. Jane co-mediated with Federal Mediators at the EEOC in 2005-06; taught adults to read throught the LIFT (Literacy Instruction for Texas) program; and is an active member in her family's home and school life.
